Shahvteeaylah (SHAHV) is a Philly-based illustrator, surface designer, and seamstress. She completed her BFA in Illustration at the University of the Arts in 2021 and is currently working as a freelancer and Young Artist Instructor for Moore College of Art & Design. Since graduating, she has been selected as a 2023 InLiquid Wind Fellow, had her work displayed at the InLiquid Gallery in Philadelphia, and been the featured artist in the April 2023 issue of Surface Design News.
She is inspired by fashion, animation, comics, and travel. She enjoys making expressive illustrations and colorful wearables. When not working, she can be found at the roller rink or hanging out in the many green spaces in Philadelphia.
