Shahvteeaylah (Shahv) Williams is an illustrator, designer, muralist, and educator based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts in 2021. Her work has been recognized with numerous honors, including InLiquid’s Wind Fellowship (2023) and the Mural Arts Philadelphia Fellowship for Black Artists(2024). She is currently a 2025 Resident Artist at Cherry Street Pier — Studio 13.

As an educator, Shahv teaches illustration to middle and high school students through Moore College of Art & Design’s Continuing Education Department and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the university’s Illustration,  Animation & Game Arts Department.

Eager to grow her practice, Shahv is currently seeking opportunities for representation in publishing and product development. She is passionate about collaborating with clients at every stage of the creative process—from early concepts to polished final artwork!
